The Lexus CT 200h on the other hand was introduced in the Geneva Motor show. It is basically a five door hybrid car. The car has a 1.8 litre four cylinder vvt-I petrol engine as well as a motor. For the high voltage battery, nickel metal hybrid is used in the car. By means of the electrically controlled variable transmission in the Lexus CT 200h, the power is transferred to the front wheels.
The Lexus CT 200h is also somewhat a nnnd of sports car. it has a LED rear lighting. The car can give excellent performance and the driver can get immense satisfaction by driving this car.
Lexus introduced their first luxury hybrid in 2005, and has never looked back. Lexus hybrid drive generates significantly less particulate emissions. The system operates seamlessly, switching between full battery operation or gasoline power. Toyota and Lexus have outstanding credentials and a proven record with their hybrid vehicles and this newest hybrid is no different.

But what makes this story even more intriguing and apparently quite frustrating for Toyota / Lexus officials, is that believe it or not, we discovered that BYD Auto has actually succeeded in patenting the S6's design (see photo gallery bellow) at the European trademark office!

Another great bonus for us is the spacious boot. It seems each member of the family competes for the most hobbies, so at any given time the boot is a mish mash of cricket nnt, fishing equipment and more. The boot's wide opening gives good easy access, too, which is great when you're stowing or removing heavy loads.
Safety features are included with the standard dual front airbags, side bags, head curtain side bags and driver knee airbags. In crash tests, the Lexus RX 400h Hybrid received 5 stars, the highest rating a vehicle can get, in side impact and head on collisions. The Four-Wheel drive suspension the controls the vehicles height varies with the driving conditions, a nice and unique feature. At 62 mph, the vehicle lowers by 0.3 inches when driving normally. In low mode it can shrink more, another 0.6 inches and 1.2 inches for easier passenger access when in access mode.

In mid-October will be announced prices and combinations of equipment and finishes, coinciding with the opening of the reservations of the first vehicles to be delivered in early 2011. Have already released the technical specifications of this hybrid type approved by the European cycle CO2 emissions of 96 g / km.
It offers 134 horsepower from its combined petrol and electric motors that can operate independently, each on its own or combined mode. Specifically, their batteries are capable of propelling power for no more than 3 km and at speeds below 45 km / h, thanks to the energy stored by the recovery of braking and engine braking, because currently not offer the ability to plug to an electrical outlet.

Lexus and Gazoo Racing compete together at Nürburgring 24h race for the beneft of LFA and other future Toyota & Lexus products. Playing a key role in helping to finalise the development of the LFA before it enters production in December, the grueling 24h race offers Lexus and Gazoo Racing the unique opportunity to not only foster the peerless quality, durability and reliability by pushing cutting-edge technology to the extremes of mechanical endurance but also to hone the technical skills of the personnel involved in the development of future Lexus and Toyota production vehicles.

Furthermore, by participating in the 24 Hours Endurance Race Lexus and Toyota aim to showcase their dedication through Gazoo Racing to produce more emotional cars and becoming more attractive and desirable to a wider range of customers.
This year’s race marks the third consecutive entry of the Lexus LFA and, signifcantly, the frst participation of the car in standard production guise.
Competing in the SP8 (‘Near production’) class, the race version of the LFA does not differ substantially from the road car, particularly with regard to construction, engine and transmission. Mandatory safety equipment has been installed and other modifcations such as a refned aero package including a fxed rear wing and a larger fuel tank are made to refect the format of the 24h race and the Nürburgring circuit.
Led by Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC)’s master test driver Hiromu Naruse, the Gazoo Racing team will make its fourth appearance at the Nürburging 24h race. It is a team comprised of engineers and technicians from TMC, and, whilst they’ve regularly come together over recent months to support the LFA in the build-up to the 24h race, their ‘day-jobs’ are within the TMC engineering community.This kind of virtual organisation ensures that the collective learning is transmitted directly back into the core of the engineering activity.
The driver line-up includes four Japanese and three German pilots with outstanding endurance and GT racing credentials, including three champions from the Japanese Super GT series. As part of the preparation of the cars and the drivers, Gazoo Racing entered the first three VLN races of 2010.
Consistently fnishing in leading positions in its SP8 class, the LFA has also demonstrated its competitiveness against track-prepared specialist racing cars, with a best fnish of 17th overall in VLN2.
